What courier do you use for deliveries?

Our in-house delivery drivers will deliver your order.

How long does a delivery take?

A delivery will usually take between 45 minutes to 1 hour. We will let you know when your driver is on their way.

What documents do I need to place an order?

All you need is a government-issued identification* and an address for delivery. You must be at least 21 years old or 18 years old with a valid medical card. We are currently CASH-ONLY at this time.   *Valid Passports are accepted

Is there any delivery fees?

There are not any delivery fees as long as you meet the minimum for delivery in your area.

Is there a minimum amount for an order?

We deliver to the entire Eastbay from 9 AM – 10 PM, everyday.

We offer free same day delivery on orders $50+ if you live within these cities:

  • Emeryville
  • Alameda
  • Oakland
  • San Leandro
  • Hayward
  • Castro Valley
  • Union City
  •  Fremont

 

If you live outside, you can schedule to get your order delivered. Here is our list of minimums:

I haven’t received a dispatch email/email confirmation?

Please be aware an automated email is sent to you to the given email address when your order is dispatched. Please check all folders including you junk.

If it has been more than 30 minutes with no communication, give a call to the dispatch to ensure that it did not get lost.

How do taxes work?

There are 3 types of taxes when you order cannabis in California, specifically in Oakland.

1) **Local Tax (ie. Oakland- 10% Recreational & 5% Medical)

2)  State Excise Tax (constant 15%)

3) *Sales Tax (Alameda County- 9.75%)

 

For a Grand total of 34.75% taxes.

Do you offer gifts for first time customers?

There are not any ‘First-time’ gifts. What we do is give you some samples of products that we have on the menu, and put you on our Loyalty Card. Basically every order over $80, you will receive a stamp. When completed, you can redeem it for $40 credit on your next order.

Will the delivery driver come inside my house?

The driver will not go inside a house/apartment if its too difficult to park their vehicle safely. In most cases, you will need to meet the driver in the parking lot if you live in a gated community or apartment complex. For customers with special needs, a driver will have no problem coming to the door.

Do I have to get my order delivered to my house?

We can deliver your delivery to any location. It does not need to be delivered to your home address.

What if I miss my delivery driver?

If you missed your order, and it’s your first time, no worries. Second time we will charge you a $10 fee. Third time, you will be placed on a 1-year ban.

Can I track my item?

For the security reasons you will not be able to track the physical location of the driver or package. But our phone systems do allow you to communicate with the driver and dispatch at the same time. Asking for an ETA through text is the easiest way to get a quick update.

We do send automated messages when the driver is en-route to you, approximately 10 minutes out, and when arriving.

Can someone else sign for my delivery?

No, whoever is on the ID we receive prior to the order, is the ID we are going to ask to see when we arrive. This same person will be the one signing off as proof of delivery.

You cannot place an order for someone else.

Can I schedule my delivery for a later time?

You sure can! You can either schedule your order for a later time at check-out or simply place it in the notes. It is never a bad thing to call just to make sure we got all the details accurate.
